Muffy the dog was last seen 9 years ago outside of her families home in Australia. Recently after an animal cruelty investigation she was found nearly 1,200 miles away from home after being returned to her original owners. Thanks to some hard working officials the dog was returned an identified using a microchip under the dogs skin
